North Sea FPSO heat exchanger installation

Here’s a look at a new offshore project, on a North Sea FPSO, where ClearWELL™ technology has been installed to protect two heat exchange separators from the formation of complex scale.
Following our engineering assessment and RF simulation modelling, two signal injection points were selected for each heat exchanger to suit the equipment’s configuration and provide optimal coverage.
We’re looking forward to monitoring performance of our units remotely and gathering data over the long-term for this surface application.
Clearwell™ technology is suited to onshore and offshore flow assurance in both downhole and surface applications.
